      此次潤(rùn)邦海洋承接天津南港海上風(fēng)電示范項(xiàng)目海上風(fēng)電基礎(chǔ)樁和海上升壓站導(dǎo)管架的建造任務(wù)，海上風(fēng)電基礎(chǔ)樁直徑在7.5—8米，重量在1,200—1,300噸。海上升壓站導(dǎo)管架主要包括上部組塊和下部結(jié)構(gòu)，上部組塊結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-支撐體系，下部結(jié)構(gòu)采用導(dǎo)管架嵌套樁基礎(chǔ)型式。上下部結(jié)構(gòu)連接后形成多層空間整體桁架，有良好的剛度，更有利于水平荷載作用，增加結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性。

Recently, Rainbow Offshore received a congratulatory banner from the Tianjin Nangang Offshore Wind Power Project Department of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. (CCCC-FHEC). This honor not only affirms Rainbow Offshore's outstanding performance in the construction of offshore wind power projects but also serves as a powerful testament to the long-term cooperation and joint progress between both parties.

In this instance, Rainbow Offshore undertook the construction tasks of offshore wind power foundation piles and substation jacket for the Tianjin Nangang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project. The diameter of the offshore wind power foundation piles ranges from 7.5 to 8 meters, with a weight between 1,200 and 1,300 tons. The substation jacket mainly consists of an upper block and a lower structure, with the upper block adopting a frame-bracing system and the lower structure using a jacket nested pile foundation form. After the upper and lower structures are connected, they form a multi-layered spatial integral truss, which has good rigidity and is more conducive to horizontal load action, enhancing the overall stability of the structure.
